Sara is an experienced Counsellor, Trauma-informed Breath Coach/Facilitator, Breath-Informed Integrative Therapist, and Yoga Teacher based in Totnes, England
With over 20 years in the world of wellness and the last 10 years guiding others, Sara has developed a thriving practice in counselling and breath therapy in Totnes. She trained with Alchemy Of Breath as a facilitator and co-teaches others on facilitator training.
Drawing on her extensive experience in multiple healing modalities, Sara believes in a customized approach to healing, recognizing that everyone has their own unique path to wholeness, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment. Her passion for pranayama and breathwork in a therapeutic context stems from her love of yoga and dedication to trauma work.

She believes there is not a one sizefits all approach to healing and each has their own path uniquely right for them. Sara firmly believes that no matter what the life experience, there is a way back to wholeness, self expectance and self-empowerment. Sara tapped back in to using her breath as a tool when she discovered her love of yoga and the power of pranayama in her 20s and again later when she followed her passion into trauma work and breathwork in a therapeutic context.
